Stirling Road Surgery is open Monday to Thursday, from 7am to 6pm, and from 8am to 6pm on Fridays; during these times it can be contacted on 01752 982200.
When the surgery is closed, medical advice can be accessed by dialing 111 for the NHS 111 service. Of course, in an emergency you should dial 999. However, you should not ring 999, or attend A&E, if your problem is one which can wait until we reopen.
Many minor ailments, such as aches and pains, allergies, athlete’s foot, cold sores, conjunctivitis, constipation, coughs, colds, cystitis, diahorrea, earache, haemorrhoids, hay fever, headaches, head lice, heartburn, indigestion, insect bites, minor skin irritations, mouth ulcers, nappy rash, sore throats, threadworms, thrush, verrucas, vomitting and warts, can be treated and / or symptoms alleviated with over-the-counter medicines. Your local pharmacist will be able to provide information and advice.
